Uncontested Divorce Packages
Uncontested means you and the other party will agree to all terms involved in the case; the other party will agree to file a waiver of service; the other party will not hire an attorney to file into the case; and the other party will sign and return all necessary documents within the time period required by our office without the need for our office to serve them. The opposing party must supply proof of income to calculate child support within the time period requested by our office, if applicable.
The prices listed above are only for the Standard Possession Order and Guideline Child Support or Medical Support cases involving children, and cases that do not require or involve a Qualified Domestic Relations Order, sale of real estate or a business. The pricing above does not include preparing or requesting Temporary Orders.
If your uncontested divorce includes children, then the other party must provide their income information (pay stubs, W2, etc.) within the time period requested from our office for calculating child support or you and the other party must have an agreed child support amount beforehand.
Cases that require a modification to the Standard Possession Order or Guideline Child Support or Medical Support or require a Qualified Domestic Relations Order shall be subject to additional fees at the attorney’s discretion, which typically require an additional minimum fee of $1,000.00.
Prices subject to change at any time.
